WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR NAME?
I made it official... after that a good friend was calling
me at that name.
WHAT WERE YOU LIKE AS A KID?
Very outgoing, a little plump, I liked to read a lot...and
paint and draw... and talk to my friends.
WHAT DID YOU READ?
Children books, folk stories, and later a lot of travel books.
WERE YOU A GOOD STUDENT?
Yes - in elementary school. Not so much -- in high school....
except in art classes. I got good grades at literature.
And I was a very good student at the university.
DID YOU WRITE KID'S BOOKS RIGHT FROM THE START?
Yes... and no. At elementary school I wrote and illustrated
a lot of kid's book. But I haven't published. At high school
I wrote a lot of poems... and some novels. Some of them got
published some of them haven't.
IS WRITING HARD FOR YOU?
Yes -- in order to make it easier... I also illustrate my
books. So when I stuck with writing... I go drawing... that
always help me to get new ideas... and continue to write.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR IDEAS?
From my family life. Mainly from my daughter's life -- Noa.
